Golf Works, Inc. is
capable of handling any size project. Whatever the size, Golf Works
takes the same approach and makes the same commitment to quality.
Our on-staff specialists bring in-depth knowledge to each project,
allowing us to conduct thorough planning and analysis prior to the
beginning of each project and through construction.
We believe in a “flat organization”, meaning that every course built
with intimate, hands-on involvement from every member of our staff –
from bulldozer operators to senior-level management all the way to
the president of the company. After all, every member of our staff
is responsible for the finished product, and for making a smooth
transition from the architects drawings to the ribbon cutting at a
new course. This method is the best way we know to provide an
unmatched level of quality – whether we’re building for a large or
national corporation, a smaller private club, municipality or an
individual.

Approach:
Each project is assigned a project manager who was part of the
bidding process and is familiar with the architect and the project.
A job superintendent is assigned to run the day to day on-site
operations of physically constructing the golf course. Under the job
superintendent will be shapers for feature construction, drainage
crew to insure proper site drainage, an irrigation superintendent
and crew for a professionally installed irrigation system and the
best finish people to put the final polish to each golf hole.
Golf Works performs over 90% of all work on most given projects
which provides our clients with single source accountability. When
Golf Works is selected as the course contractor, our clients are not
hiring a General Contractor with sub-contractors doing the majority
of the work, Their hiring Golf Works. |
